RF231A Assembly Winder machine

Machine can merge 2-3 ply all kinds of filament fiber(including spandex yarn), nature silk and short fiber e.g. cotton yarn, wool yarn into one package yarn then take up into bobbins, applied for following equipment e.g. Two-For-One Twister Machine.

It runs and controlled by single motor, and can be set processing parameter in display screen. Control system is including: single spindle drive, elelctrical length control(single spindle length meter), full package stop motion, elelctronic anti-overlap, inverter adjust speed, auto stop when yarn breaks and cuts, single spindle reset, data recording, production calculating etc.

Self-weight platen tension control device which can adjust winding tension according to different count. Traverse forming can satisfy the winding requirement of different raw material and different yarn count.
