AW22 Precise Assembly Winder machine

AW22 precise Assembly Winder Machine is a new generation assembly Winder Machine according to the current market condition. It adopts the latest technology of electronic guiding yarn and can be used for tight doubling of spandex and short fiber yarn. It can guarantee good reversing during the process of twisting.

The main features are as followed:

- high production speed, max. yarn speed:1200m/min

-yarn path straight, less hairiness, less rewidngin tension

-yarn package density up to 20%-30%, namely in the same size of yarn package, no knot, yarn length can increase 20%-30%.

-Adopt electronic traverse to guide yarn, completely resolve the problem of oil-spotted yarn and dividing yarn out of cam.

-In the next process of twisting, rewinding tension if even, less yarn break rate.

-High accuracy of control yarn length, precision rate is 0.2%, yarn length is good consistency.

-Traverse and bevel angle(shrinking side) is stepless and adjustment.
